Return Policy

We stand behind our products and hope you will love them as much as we do. However, if you are not satisfied you have 14 days to return your items. Exchange & return shipping fees are on us!

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with its original tags and travel bags.

If the items returned have man-made damages (soiled, make-up, perfume, non-manufacturer defect damages, etc.) we will send back the item to you and no refunds will be processed.

Please note that returns may take up to 2 weeks to be processed starting on the day the return was delivered to our warehouse.

  • Created together with the ACBC, the Allen sneakers redefine sustainable footwear with new technologies and materials: the vamp is made from recycled plastic bottles, the speckled outsole partially made from recycled rubber, the insole is made from cork, the laces are woven from organic cotton. It features ACBC and Save The Duck logo on the back.

  • 100% vegan leather sports shoes, with organic cotton laces and a cork insole.
