Saving the world takes time... so does processing orders. Our duckers are a small, but mighty team, and are hard at work this holiday season. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we change the world, one jacket at a time!

  • 3-8 Day Ground Shipping Service: Free
  • 2-3 Day Express Shipping Service*: $19.99

*Please note that 2-3 day shipping only counts business days.  So if you place your order on a Thursday, our warehouse will then process and send it to the courier on Friday. 2-3 day shipping count starts on Monday when the package is on its way to you. So the items will be delivered to you latest on Wednesday.

Carbon Neutral Shipments

UPS offers us the ability to counter-balance the carbon dioxide emissions generated by the transport of our packages through carbon offsetting. This means that for every ton of CO2 a package produces in transportation, an equivalent amount of CO2 is saved by a verified emission reduction project somewhere else in the world. By participating in the UPS carbon neutral program, we will be supporting emissions reduction projects that help mitigate the climate impact of shipping our parcels.

    14 Day Exchange/Return Policy

    We stand behind our products and hope you will love them as much as we do. However, if you are not satisfied, you have 14 days from the time you received the product. As always, exchange & return shipping fees are on us!

    To be eligible for an exchange or return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with its original tags and travel bags.

    If the items returned have man-made damages (soiled, make-up, perfume, non-manufacturer defect damages, etc.) we will send back the item to you and no refunds will be processed.

    Please note that returns may take up to 2 weeks to be processed starting on the day the return was delivered to our warehouse.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
